Hi. My name is Vicky Bolt and I have lived in the South Hams area for over 25 years, settling down and starting a family here in Ivybridge. I have a husband and two young children who are all very active within the local community. This was a first buy for me, so was pretty daunting, but everything went pretty well as far as i am concerned. We wanted to sell my mums house after she passed away , Victoria came round to see my sister and when she arrived the mavericks were on the radio ( mum and dads song ) and the sun started shining . What an omen .We decided to let Victoria sell the house , omg was she efficient. Here’s Welly, one of my owners dogs. He has been on viewings the last couple of days, as he’s a super dog. No problems. But…. Yesterday he decided to take a little walk into the neighbouring houses garden whilst I was showing the viewers the hot tub…. He soon came back when he heard me rattle his treats, little 🐵 then today I could see him chewing something in the playroom. There he was chewing a tiny ball 🤷🏼‍♀️ anyway he now thinks I’m super because I keep giving him treats and he follows me everywhere. Such a sweet boy!!
