My name is Vicky Bolt and I have lived in the South Hams area for over 25 years, settling down and starting a family here in Ivybridge. I have a husband and two young children who are all very active within the local community. When not at work or school, you will find us most evenings and weekends at a local sports centre keeping fit, playing tennis or on the rugby field!
I started my journey back in 2005, I began working for a local independent estate agency. 16 years later, I decided to take the plunge and specialise in becoming a bespoke estate agent.
My early career within the industry began as a trainee negotiator as well as learning the sales administration side, which is key to any sale progressing fluidly. I quickly established myself and I rose through the company learning every single side of estate agency from administration, property valuation, sales negotiating and effective branch management.
Before starting out by myself, my main role was a property valuer for all residential property across the South Hams, Devon & South East Cornwall within this independent agency.
This has given me a huge wealth of knowledge on all type of housing within the local towns and villages around this area, allowing me to correctly value your property first time around.
Having worked in the industry for so long, I can confidently say that I know most things there is to know about the buying and selling process of property. This is also backed up by my official qualifications, MNAEA, specific to the housing industry.
That being said, I am fully aware that the market is constantly changing, so I am flexible and diverse in my approach to selling your home and helping you find your next.
