Hi. My name is Vicky Bolt, and I have lived in the South Hams area for over 25 years. I settled down and started a family here in Ivybridge. I have a husband and two young children who are all very active within the local community. When not at work or school, you will find us most evenings and weekends at a local sports centre keeping fit, playing tennis or on the rugby field!

I started my journey in 2005 when I began working for a local independent estate agent. Sixteen years later, I specialised in becoming a bespoke estate agent.

I bought my house through Victoria. She was incredible throughout the process from arranging viewings, taking offers and supporting me through the purchase process. It was noticeable how Victoria conducted herself differently from other agents and ensured you were not pushed into a decision without thinking things through and her approach really worked. I was so impressed with how she handled things and the support she gave me while I was selling my property elsewhere and having issues with my chain. She was so understanding and had both buyers and sellers interests in mind. This was a first buy for me, so was pretty daunting, but everything went pretty well as far as i am concerned. Victoria is a lovely and kind person, who personally does all she can to make everything for your purchase go as smoothly as possible. I recently purchased a flat she was helping to market, she always kept me in the loop each step of the way in the long process of the sale. Very knowledgeable, she can answer a lot of your questions big or small. We purchased a property in Ivybridge advertised by Victoria Bolt. From the very first meeting with Victoria her understanding of our requirements and professionalism was clear. As she showed me around the property she was confident and knew the layout perfectly, pointing out all of the important details and also the advantages of the location. Basically she studies each listing and clearly demonstrates her knowledge to any potential purchaser. Victoria worked hard to get the best price for her client, the seller, but also gave us the opportunity to negotiate a purchase so that both parties were very happy. We wanted to sell my mums house after she passed away , Victoria came round to see my sister and when she arrived the mavericks were on the radio ( mum and dads song ) and the sun started shining . What an omen .We decided to let Victoria sell the house , omg was she efficient. In a week we had had the house on the market , photos done , viewings and the house sold due to contracts being exchanged .What we loved about Victoria was she kept us well informed , had great banter , kept our spirits up and gave us a gentle nudge when we needed one .
